Withdrawal policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs for standard delivery, without delay and at the latest within 14 days.

Additional costs will not be refunded if you have chosen a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Returning the goods

You must return the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days after withdrawal.

Exclusion from the right of withdrawal

• Individually crafted or personalized works of art that were specially manufactured according to customer specifications.
